1 - Your Core Message

How clear are you on your core message. This includes how easy it is for you and your staff to articulate your message to others. In other words: Tell them what you do or what your company is all about. Can your staff immediately say and explain your tag line, vision, and mission? *

No we don't have a core message or it is hard to define it.We have more than one core messages due to the nature of our businessYes but I'm not sure if my staff can easily articulate itYes our core message is in our tag line and it is supported by our mission vision and values.

2 - Lead Generation

How satisfied are you with the amount of Leads that you are receiving? Also, are you actively seeking new opportunities? *

No we just started the business and have no idea how to generate leads.We have 1-2 leads per week mostly referrals from friends and relatives. We need more!!!We have a steady flow of Customers but don't really know how they find us or which advertising channel works better.Yes we have a few ways to generate leads and always looking for and testing new ones. We utilize different marketing strategies including SMM SMS PPC or email marketing etc.

3 - Lead Acquisition

How robust is your technology for data collection and distribution? Do you have a method to collect leads? Do you have a central database to collect the leads? Do you have the technology in place that can collect and utilize your leads? *

We don't collect any data. I'm not sure if it is even legal...Yes we write down our clients' phone numbers and contact them later if needed.Yes. All the info and contact details go to the database but we don't have a technology to analyze this data.Yes all the leads are stored in central database and we utilize CRM to analyze this data in order to re-define our marketing campaigns or business processes.

4 - Marketing Strategy

How confident are you with your marketing. This includes: having a marketing strategy, consistently engaging in marketing activities and having the right marketing tools and materials in the right places. *

We don't have any marketing strategy.We advertise in local newspapers and have banners on local websites. Tried Google and Facebook but it didn't work.We advertise both offline and online. We utilize a couple of tools and would like to try new ones but don't have enough people to do this.We have strong marketing strategy. Use different tools both offline and online. Utilize SMM platforms PPC re-marketing email marketing as well as participating in offline events.

5 - Your Content

How well do you have all of your lead generation content pieces in place? In other words: Do you have a lead magnet on your website? Is there valuable information that you give your prospects, not including product brochures or selling pieces? *

We don't have a website/We never updated it since it has been created.We have a website but we don't know how to create a lead magnet.We update our content from time to time and have lead magnets but struggle with the resources to do it constantly.We constantly generating and updating content and generating ideas for new lead magnets.

6 - Your Offers

How satisfied are you with the clarity and amount of offers that you have? In other words; do you have a revenue ascension model in place? Or, a subscription/continuity/products with monthly billing? This also includes how well your offers are currently selling *

We have just started our business and working on our offers.We have a few offers. Some of them work well some don't. I guess we need more ideas.We have different offers but no monthly/subscription plans.We have a variety of strong offers including subscription plans and they all fit into revenue ascension model.

7 - Your Sales

How satisfied are you with the sales process, tracking and analytics that you have? In other words, are you losing leads or to what extent? Do you have a reliable ability to track and analyze where your sales are at, where they’re headed and if you put a new sales person in the system would they be able to pick up where someone else left off? *

Sales is one of our biggest issues.We have sales staff but potential leads are often lost not followed up with and not converted to customers.We have good sales people and processed but there is defiantly room for improvement.We have strong Sales. They are well trained and have systems in place to take customers through the Sales Pipeline.
