REQUIREMENTS:
Equipment: When it comes to doing the event we can come equipped with all of our own equipment including screens, projectors, microphones, and sound speakers. If an event is already equipped we are capable of walking in and using set up equipment. For events with over 500 people we assume that equipment is supplied.
Attendance: Minimums; Because of the way we offer our seminars we do require at least 10 people in attendance to hold a private session for any group. The exception being for executives or short information sessions. We regularly hold session for the public with approximately 50 - 100 people that your company is welcome to join if you cannot get over 10 people together. For groups over 500 we do request a planning meeting in advance to clarify planners expectations.
Planning Meeting: For more robust programs we do request a 30 minute meeting with planners and decision makers because our sessions cover such a wide variety of topics. This is to ensure that we are meeting your needs and that we have a sound understanding of your requirements. If more time is required we are happy to accommodate. If on the other hand you just need a speaker on short notice for a short speech we like to be flexible and accommodating. Prerecorded sessions are also available.
