Seminars. - 100% return of all seminar fees if not satisfied by the mid day lunch break, of the first day. You must provide written notice before the class resumes that you are not satisfied with the course, return all course material, and a full refund will be immediately processed. Home study and other items. - 100% return of purchase fees for all items returned in unused condition, for a period of 30 days after shipping.
